KEBNI PUBLISHES PROSPECTUS IN CONNECTION WITH THE RIGHTS ISSUE OF UP TO SEK 50 MILLION

KebNi AB (publ) (“KebNi” or the “Company”) publishes a prospectus in connection with the rights issue of shares for which the subscription period commences on October 16, 2020. The prospectus has today been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen).

Stockholm, Sweden, October 14th 2020 – The record date for participating in the rights issue was October 13, 2020 and the subscription period runs from October 16 – October 30, 2020. The last day of trading including the right to subscribe for units was October 9, 2020. The first day of trading excluding the right to subscribe for units was October 12, 2020. The rights issue is also open to the public.

The prospectus, including full terms and conditions, is available on the Company’s, Aktieinvest FK AB and Redeye’s respective websites (www.kebni.com, www.aktieinvest.se, www.redeye.se). Application forms for subscription without preferential rights will be available on the above websites as the subscription period commences.

Through the rights issue, KebNi can raise up to approximately SEK 50 million, before deduction of issue related costs. The rights issue is covered by guarantee commitments from new investors corresponding to approximately 90 % of the issue proceeds.
